Valve Distribution Lead

Reports To: Valve Distribution Manager

Position Summary The Valve Distribution Lead supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role helps coordinate workflow, train and assist warehouse associates, ensure shipment accuracy, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and assist associates with assigned tasks.
• Verify quantities, descriptions, and documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, organization, and identification of valves and related materials.
• Support order picking, staging, loading, and internal transfers.
• Train associates on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and system use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and operational concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of warehouse experience preferred.
• General knowledge of valves and related materials preferred.
• Previous leadership or training experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment and use material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
