Overview

We are looking for a motivated Van Driver to join our team and ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries. This role involves operating delivery vans, managing warehouse tasks, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vans to transport goods to various locations according to schedule
• Load and unload packages, often involving heavy lifting, with attention to safety protocols
• Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate documentation for each shipment
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or issues
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and organizing shipments
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure safe driving practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or van driver with a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations
• Valid driver’s license suitable for operating a van in accordance with local laws
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and route planning
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules
