Van Driver / Freight Handler – Casual

AirRoad is seeking a reliable and hardworking Van Driver / Freight Handler to join our Kewdale team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on role combining Perth metro deliveries, freight handling and warehouse duties. The position will generally be required 3–5 days per week, subject to operational requirements and business demand, with a 7:00am start and shifts typically running for 8–10 hours.

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Completing van deliveries across the Perth metropolitan area
• Loading and unloading freight by hand
• Scanning and handling goods accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse and work area
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Following all company safety procedures and operational requirements
• Providing a professional and reliable service to customers

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a current and valid Australian driver's licence
• Has previous delivery, freight, transport or warehouse experience
• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Is reliable, punctual and well presented
• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Is flexible and available to work according to operational requirements
