Van Driver/Teacher Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting children safely and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the journey. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of children, adhering to scheduled routes.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Assist children with boarding and exiting the vehicle, providing support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with children addressing any questions or concerns during transit.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly to management.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Experience in driving, school bus driving
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
• Familiarity with bus driving or delivery driver responsibilities is a plus.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to navigate efficiently using maps or GPS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

Duties
