Van Fit-Out Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Van Fit-Out Technician to join our growing team in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial vehicles, helping transform vans and fleet vehicles into fully equipped mobile workspaces for trade, service and fleet customers. The role involves installing everything from racking systems and ply lining to vehicle electrics, roof storage solutions and specialist equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install van racking systems, shelving and storage solutions.
• Fit ply lining, flooring and interior vehicle protection products.
• Install roof racks, roof bars, ladders, load stops and related equipment.
• Carry out vehicle electrical installations including lighting, beacons, work lamps, power inverters, battery systems and onboard power solutions.
• Install towbars and vehicle accessories where required.

About You:

You may come from a background in:

• Vehicle conversions
• Auto-electrics
• Mechanics
• Commercial vehicle body building
• Engineering or fabrication
• Towbar or vehicle accessory installation
• Agricultural or plant machinery fitting

Desirable Skills:

• Auto-electrical experience.
• Previous commercial vehicle conversion or fit-out experience.
• Experience fitting accessories such as roof racks, beacons, cameras or towbars.
• Experience reading technical drawings and installation guides.
• Safe Pass or relevant technical qualifications.
