Action Roofing is looking for a Van Manager to lead and develop a team of field canvassers in the Tampa market. This is a hands-on leadership role for a motivated, competitive individual who can build a strong team, drive daily production, and help create a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a team of residential canvassers
• Set daily goals and hold the team accountable to activity and appointment targets
• Train and coach team members on door-to-door sales and customer engagement
• Work alongside the team in the field and lead by example
• Help recruit, onboard, and develop new canvassers
• Track team performance and provide regular feedback
• Motivate the team to consistently hit and exceed goals
• Coordinate territories and daily field activity
• Ensure canvassers professionally represent Action Roofing in the community
• Generate qualified appointments for the residential roofing sales team
• Communicate with sales leadership regarding team performance and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, roofing, solar, home improvement, or outside sales
• Leadership or team management experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, energetic, and results-driven personality
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
• Ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
• Strong work ethic and willingness to lead from the front
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
