This role involves helping individuals with disabilities gain independence, making it crucial for paratransit operators to genuinely care for and assist them. Ensuring a positive and supportive experience for every rider is essential.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license with with at least 3 years of regular driving experience, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to obtain Commercial Drive Medical Certification.
• High school diploma, GED or the equivalent in work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Willingness to undergo and successfully complete fully paid training provided by the company.
