Van Sales Man

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Field Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the UAE grocery and retail market. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and securing suitable locations for our kiosks or machines across groceries, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other retail outlets. This is a pure field sales and business development role. We are looking for someone who understands the UAE retail market, is familiar with different areas and shops, has established relationships with shop owners and managers, and can independently approach businesses, present our offerings, negotiate terms, and secure new locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit groceries, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other retail outlets to identify new business opportunities.
2. Identify and secure suitable locations for placing kiosks or machines.
3. Approach shop owners, managers, purchasers, and other decision-makers to present our products and services.
4. Negotiate with shop owners and retailers to secure space for kiosk or machine placement.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery owners, shopkeepers, store managers, and retailers.
6. Leverage existing market connections and relationships to generate new sales and business opportunities.
7. Identify high-potential areas and new locations to expand our network.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Strong FMCG or food-product field sales experience is highly preferred.
2. Must have good knowledge of the UAE grocery and retail market.
3. Must have an existing network of contacts with grocery owners, shopkeepers, store managers, purchasers, and retailers.
4. Should have good knowledge of different areas and retail outlets across Dubai and the UAE.
5. Must be confident in approaching shop owners and negotiating independently.
6. Male candidates are preferred.
7. Must hold a valid UAE driving licence, preferably with at least two years of driving experience.
8. Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with grocery stores and retail outlets across different areas, understand who the key decision-makers are, know whom to approach, and have the ability to secure new business opportunities independently.

The candidate should be capable of managing the complete business development process:

• Finding suitable shops and retail outlets.
• Meeting shop owners and managers.
• Presenting the business proposal and explaining the offering.
• Negotiating terms and securing suitable space for kiosks or machines.
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships.
