Job Title: VAN SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Kafanchan, Kaduna

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: #60,000 Basic plus performance bonus upto times 2 of the Basic salary

Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading distributor of assorted beer and beverages, for a Van Sales Representative to drive sales and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and other outlets to drive sales.

Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.

Manage customer relationships and handle enquiries/complaints.

Ensure proper product distribution, merchandising, stock availability, and rotation.

Accurately account for products, sales, returns, and collections.

Collect and remit payments in line with company procedures.

Report stock, cash, or sales discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverage distribution, or a related industry.

Good knowledge of the Kafanchan market and surrounding territory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Target-driven, organised, accountable, and able to work independently.

Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel within the territory.
