Van Salesman

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Van Salesman with strong UAE market experience, preferably in fuel station, petrol station, convenience store, FMCG, or related sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing assigned routes, developing customer relationships, taking orders, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned fuel stations, petrol stations, convenience stores and retail outlets regularly.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility and merchandising at customer locations.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and product movement.
• Execute promotions, displays and trade marketing activities at outlets.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding customer balances where required.
• Prepare daily sales and route reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market developments.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle.
• Follow the assigned sales route and daily call plan.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams for order and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
