Responsibilities

• documenting findings, and working with technical teams for resolution. Exposure
• to banking or financial applications will be preferred.
• Key Responsibilities
• Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for applications and systems.
• Identify, analyze, and assess security vulnerabilities and potential risks.
• Perform application security testing to identify weaknesses and security gaps.
• Document identified vulnerabilities along with appropriate evidence and risk ratings.
• Provide recommendations for vulnerability remediation and resolution.
• Work closely with development and technical teams to understand and resolve identified vulnerabilities.
• Perform re-testing after vulnerabilities have been resolved.
• Prepare and maintain VAPT reports and security testing documentation.
• Track identified vulnerabilities through their complete resolution lifecycle.
• Stay updated with common application security vulnerabilities and security testing practices.

Requirements

• VAPT / Security Testing
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in VAPT Quality Analysis and Testing.
• Practical knowledge of Vulnerability assessment and Penetration Testing.
• Knowledge of identifying, analyzing, and documenting security vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of application security testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of vulnerability remediation and resolution processes.
• Application Security
• Understanding of common web and application security vulnerabilities.
• Ability to analyze security findings and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Experience with security testing tools and techniques.
• Domain Experience
• Exposure to banking / financial applications is preferred.
