VAR Account Executive

Do you have strong relationships in the VAR, reseller, or channel partner ecosystem ? Ready to turn those connections into serious earnings?

We're looking for a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while growing business within the networking and data center infrastructure market.

What You'll Do

✅ Build and grow relationships with VARs, resellers, and channel partners

✅ Generate new business and expand existing accounts

✅ Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to PO

✅ Partner with product and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

✅ Drive revenue in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What We're Looking For

✔️ 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience

✔️ Experience selling networking hardware or infrastructure solutions

✔️ Existing relationships within the reseller/VAR/channel ecosystem

✔️ Proven success opening and growing accounts

✔️ Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability

Bonus Points

⭐ Experience with optical transceivers, fiber/copper cabling, DACs, AOCs, memory, or data center infrastructure products.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base: $120k–$130K

💰 OTE: $175K–$200K+ (uncapped earning potential)
