VARAD AUTOCOMPONENT LLP is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead our Press Forging Unit at Wai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall Plant Operations, Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC & Tool Room.
• Achieve Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery targets.
• Drive OEE, productivity, capacity utilization and cost improvement.
• Improve forging process efficiency, die life and machine reliability.
• Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage a strong cross-functional team.

Candidate Profile

• 15–20+ years of experience in forging / auto-component manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Press Forging.
• Proven experience as Plant Head / Plant Manager / Operations Head.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and KPI management skills.
