Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and dynamic VARC Faculty to join our academic team in Mumbai. The role involves teaching and mentoring CLAT & IPMAT aspirants in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension for our Thane and Navi Mumbai centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions for VARC (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension) tailored for CLAT & IPMAT students.
• Mentor students, track their performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Design and update content, practice materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with the latest exam patterns.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and strategy workshops to enhance student exam readiness.
• Collaborate with academic teams to innovate and improve pedagogy.
• Travel across Thane and Navi Mumbai centers to conduct sessions (mandatory part of the role).

Requirements

• Strong command over English Language, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar.
• Prior teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, or other aptitude exams is highly desirable.
• Excellent classroom communication, student engagement, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Mumbai locations.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related fields preferred.
• We are also open to candidates who are available to take classes on weekends.
