American Pet Urgent Care is a newly opened, privately owned veterinary urgent care hospital, and we're looking for passionate Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) and experienced Veterinary Assistants (VAs) to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and emergency procedures.
• Perform laboratory testing, radiographs, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, and patient nursing care.
• Educate clients and provide compassionate support during every visit.
• Maintain accurate medical records and provide exceptional patient care.
• Work collaboratively with a team that values communication, teamwork, and quality medicine.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• A Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or an experienced Veterinary Assistant (VA).
• Compassionate, dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
• Confident in their technical skills and eager to continue learning.
• Flexible and excited to grow alongside a developing hospital.

Exciting Growth & Schedule Opportunities!

As our hospital continues to grow, we're working toward expanding our operating hours to 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM in early 2027!

We are currently looking to hire one full-time and one part-time team member who are interested in transitioning into evening shifts as we expand. Every other weekend availability.

Here's What to Expect:

• Initial Training: New hires may work 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM for approximately the first two weeks to become familiar with our hospital, team, and procedures.
• Evening Opportunities: These positions are intended to transition to evening shifts once training is completed and additional veterinarian coverage is secured.
• Our Growth Timeline: We are aiming to extend our hours beginning in January, with additional veterinarian coverage anticipated by February 2027.
