Compensation

• Starting base salary between $400,000–$450,000
• Structured annual compensation growth
• Earning potential up to $600,000

Full-Time

A growing vascular practice is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to join an established clinical team focused on venous and minimally invasive vascular procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon looking to expand procedural experience in venous interventions while working alongside an experienced physician group in a collaborative setting.

Clinical Scope

• Perform venous and endovascular procedures
• Treat superficial and complex venous conditions
• Participate in inpatient consult coverage
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and physician colleagues

Average consult volume remains manageable, allowing for strong procedural focus and work-life balance.

Schedule & Call

• Full-time schedule
• Shared physician call rotation
• Primarily phone-based evening call coverage
• APP team supports first-call responsibilities
• Minimal overnight disruption

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
