Position Overview
Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant – Surgery for a locum tenens assignment in Ohio. The provider will support inpatient surgical services and ER consultations across multiple hospital facilities during a maternity leave coverage period.
Assignment Details
Coverage Dates: July 13, 2026 – November 13, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Coverage: 4–5 days per week
Average Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day
Trauma Level: Level I trauma and community-based hospitals
EMR/Documentation: EPIC
Board Certification
Active OH license
BLS, ACLS, DEA
The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date.
