JOB OPENING – VIRTUAL ACCOUNTS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update client virtual account records
• Prepare sales, purchase, stock and ledger reports
• Verify transaction-related data and maintain accuracy
• Identify and resolve data/reporting discrepancies
• Assist clients with account and report-related queries
• Generate reports using MS Excel and Tally
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Kannada communication – Mandatory
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers
• Good communication and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic accounting/Tally knowledge is an advantage
• Good learning ability and teamwork
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

TRAINING & WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY:

• Selected candidates will initially undergo 3 months of training at our Tirupati office. The training will cover the required process, software, reporting, client handling and day-to-day responsibilities.
• After successfully completing the training, candidates may be considered for Work From Home based on their performance.
• WFH will be provided to candidates who demonstrate good performance, accuracy, productivity, discipline and the ability to handle assigned responsibilities independently.
• Candidates who do not meet the required performance standards may continue working from the office as per company requirements.

SALARY:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills, experience and interview performance.
