Vault Processor - Warehouse

Role: Vault Personnel responsible for processing and verifying inbound and outbound liability, ensuring security, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, vault, and assets.
• Prepare outbound orders and replenish supplies for routes.
• Monitor process and machine performance for efficiency.
• Complete data entry for all liability transactions.
• Generate and maintain daily records and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Strong data entry, record-keeping, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain necessary licenses.
• Ability to work collaboratively and complete required training.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, or ATM processing.
• Military background is a plus.
