Vault Processor - Warehouse

Role Overview A Vault Processor handles, secures, and processes large volumes of cash and valuables within vaults, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficient operations. They support the flow of currency between financial institutions and clients, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining asset integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vault operations and protect assets securely
• Prepare, verify, and process cash shipments and deposits
• Accurately record and report transactions
• Enter liability and inventory data into tracking systems
• Monitor machinery and workflows for operational efficiency
• Follow all safety and security procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 21 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in data entry
• Ability to obtain a firearms permit and guard card

Preferred Experience & Attributes

• Vault operations or cash handling experience
• Military background
• Familiarity with ATM servicing, deposit processing, or account reconciliation
