Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Execute VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering), cost reduction, and cost optimization projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and peer reviews.
• Track project milestones, schedules, quality, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze design requirements, materials, and manufacturing processes to identify cost drivers.
• Hands-on design/CAD experience with sheet metal, casting, molding, fabrication, machining, or similar components.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
