VB.NET Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EDIFACT / VB.NET Developer to develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications and integrations involving EDIFACT message processing and business workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in EDIFACT, VB.NET development, and SQL Server, along with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using VB.NET.

Work with EDIFACT standards, message formats, mapping, validation, and message processing.

Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and database components.

Support EDIFACT interfaces, application integrations, and production issues.

Analyze technical requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

Troubleshoot application and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Debug existing code and independently implement enhancements.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and cross-functional technical teams.

Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and changes.

Required Skills (Must Have)

Strong hands-on experience with EDIFACT / EDI.

Strong development experience in VB.NET.

Good working experience with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures.

Strong understanding of application development, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Experience supporting and enhancing existing enterprise applications.

Ability to work independently on development, integration, and production support activities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with C#.

Experience with ASP.NET.

Exposure to API-based development and application integrations.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
