VC Tech Support Engineer

Hands-on Hardware Experience: Proven expertise in deploying and troubleshooting hardware from major brands: Poly, Logitech, Cisco, Neat, Yealink, and PeopleLink.Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ecosystem integrations like Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and Webex.Networking Basics: Solid understanding of AV routing, TCP/IP networking, SIP/H.323 protocols, and firewall configurations for video traffic.

Product Demos: Deliver engaging technical live demonstrations of video conferencing hardware and software solutions to prospective clients.Installation & Commissioning: Handle complete setup, configuration, programming, and testing of hardware endpoints and meeting room solutions.Post-Sales Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact to troubleshoot hardware faults, firmware issues, and network connectivity problems for clients.Customer Query Handling: Resolve customer service tickets, queries, and complaints promptly within defined SLAs.
