该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、设备日常异常处理、设备维护和保养； 2、产品型号切换时进行设备改机、治工具更换，良率提升； 3、分析设备生产中出现的异常状况，快速解决，并提出改善方案； 4、协助工艺人员评估和优化工艺； 5、通过设备改良、参数优化，提升效率和良率； 6.、日工作总结及其它上级交待事项处理。 任职要求： 1、全日制统招大专及以上学历； 2、3年以上非标自动化设备经验； 3、熟悉VCM制程生产工艺和生产流程； 4、适应无尘室工作环境； 5、擅长点胶/喷胶/激光焊接设备者优先；
