负责VCU软件模块的设计、编码、测试及文档编写工作
负责VCU系统需求分析、控制模型搭建、模型测试、软件集成测试、HIL测试
负责整车控制策略功能性测试的制定
负责软件架构设计及整车控制系统方案的制定
负责整车控制系统开发相关内部规范流程的编制
支持HIL测试、实车调试等 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，工作经验不低于5年，计算机类、车辆工程和自动控制类、电子工程类等相关专业； 2、3年以上VCU标定开发经验； 3、熟练掌握控制系统开发测试工具（如CANoe、INCA、Matlab等）； 4、熟悉新能源汽车动力系统控制原理和逻辑，能独立分析解决标定试验过程中的问题； 5、具备良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力、问题管理和推进解决能力；
