VDI Engineer

Role Overview: Graviton is looking for an onsite VDI Engineer to manage day-to-day VDI and remote access operations, provide first-level troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendor and other OEM support teams to resolve issues.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday

What you’ll do:

• Manage and support HySecure, HyWorks, persistent disk functionality for VDI, ARS, and HyOS
• Handle L1 troubleshooting for VDI access, user sessions, desktop availability, and persistent disk issues
• Coordinate with OEM support for advanced troubleshooting, track escalations, and follow issues through to closure
• Collaborate with the respective OEMs on Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows file servers, OneLogin IAM, and other infrastructure issues
• Shadow OEM troubleshooting sessions and document findings, resolutions, and operational procedures
• Support coordination for failover clustering, VM migration, and Windows Server infrastructure activities
• Perform L1 troubleshooting and management of HyDesk thin clients, and coordinate hardware issues with OEM support
• Maintain incident records and provide regular status updates to Graviton IT
• Follow Graviton’s access, security, change management, and escalation procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with VDI and remote access products.
• Good working knowledge of Windows Server 2025, Active Directory, Hyper-V, failover clustering, and VM migration.
• Understanding of Windows file servers, persistent VDI disks, and IAM integrations such as OneLogin.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to provide onsite L1 support and manage escalations effectively.
