Role Overview We are looking for VDI / Infrastructure Support Engineers with 2-4 years of experience in Citrix, VMware Horizon, VDI, or IT Infrastructure Support.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to work US / rotational shifts from the Bangalore office
• Candidates with experience in Citrix / Horizon / VDI / IT Infrastructure are preferred

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Experience in Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI or IT Infrastructure support
• Good understanding of Windows, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Basic knowledge of networking and virtualization concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams and global stakeholder.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office
