Job Description

Jahan Properties L.L.C. is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator, Videographer & Video Editor who can create fresh, trending content daily, shoot trending property videos for off-plan projects, and create content for real estate agents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating real estate content, filming property videos, editing social media content, and managing the company’s online presence across various platforms.

We are looking for someone who can handle the content creation process, from developing ideas and planning shoots to editing and publishing high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create property tours, real estate agent videos, community guides, developer projects and company updates.
• Develop creative content ideas and prepare short video scripts.
• Coordinate with real estate agents during filming to ensure high-quality video content.
• Edit videos with professional transitions, subtitles, clear audio and consistent branding.
• Create social media posts, carousels, Instagram Stories, Reels and video covers.
• Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing videos personally filmed and edited.
• Experience in videography, video editing and social media content creation.
• Experience managing social media accounts and writing clear English captions.
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to different locations across Dubai for property shoots.
• Experience in Dubai real estate content creation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Urdu and/or Hindi is an added advantage.
