Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM / Salesforce.
Strong experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Strong understanding of Veeva CRM Commercial Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Veeva Events Management and Event Business Rules.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flow, REST APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party systems.
Experience with Data Loader and Workbench.
Experience working with Jira and Agile methodology.
Strong understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical CRM processes.
Good communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
"Salesforce & Veeva Certification are mandatory"
