Veeva Vault CRM Delivery Manager

About the role

The candidate will be responsible for the Global build of the VAULT CRM application in collaboration with Veeva Professional team and will work very closely with MSD Product Leads and prioritise sprints and delivery for the Core along with customised applications. Reports to Global E2E lead, Ex-US CRM Application Lead, Engineering & Platform Lead and CRM Product Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate to the market from that region for any market needs across Application, Real time integration patterns in VAULT
• Define and deploy Vault CRM application to markets, tailored to the Core template as per region and subsequently for all Orgs across LATAM, EURAM and APAC
• Act as the Application Delivery lead and liaison with different stakeholders, ensuring all stakeholders and systems are aligned on the deployment
• Identify localization changes across markets and expand business presence
• Handle challenges with upstream and Downstream application squads on the application and Integration track
• Align with E2E lead, VEEVA Team on SIT, UAT Plan and final cut over strategy for the VAULT Application across Org's
• Lead and support teams, making sure SIT / UAT is aligned and ensures that the Application is seamlessly transitioned

About you

• 10 to 12 years of strong techno functional Experience in handling CRM implementations in VEEVA CRM / VAULT CRM
• Hands on experience in Configuration, customisation including Events Management
• Prior experience in VAULT and worked on VAULT platform (Promomats, VAULT, VAULT Clinical)
• Completed at least two to three global implementations in VAULT as a platform
• Based out of Singapore (SG)
