Veeva Vault CTMS – Architect / BA Technical LeadExperience: 10+ yearsKey Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and technical-functional design for Veeva Vault CTMS implementations.
• Define scalable solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to CTMS configuration and development teams.
• Review requirements, solution designs, configurations, integrations, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and Veeva teams.
• Lead complex CTMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Provide guidance on Vault configuration, security, workflows, objects, lifecycle, and data models.
• Review and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Drive technical design reviews, solution assessments, and best practices.
• Support Veeva Vault upgrades and releases.
• Mentor junior and mid-level CTMS resources.

Required Skills:

• Strong Veeva Vault CTMS expertise
• 10+ years of Life Sciences / IT experience
• Architecture and technical leadership experience
• CTMS implementation experience
• Vault configuration and customization
• Integration knowledge
• Vault security, workflows, objects, and lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
