Veeva Vault CTMS – BA / Techno-Functional Experience: 10+ yearsKey Responsibilities:

• Work as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional consultant for Veeva Vault CTMS.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with clinical operations and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Veeva CTMS solutions and configurations.
• Provide functional expertise across CTMS modules and clinical trial processes.
• Support configuration, testing, validation, UAT, and production deployment.
• Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with technical and configuration teams for solution implementation.
• Analyze production issues and provide functional/technical solutions.
• Support Veeva releases, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Required Skills:

• Strong Veeva Vault CTMS experience
• Business Analysis / Techno-Functional experience
• Clinical trial processes
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Vault configuration knowledge
• UAT and validation
• Veeva Vault release management
• Strong communication and documentation skills
