Honda of Jefferson City is looking for an energetic and driven Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to help grow our pre-owned inventory by purchasing vehicles directly from consumers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, using social media, negotiating deals, and creating opportunities. You'll actively source vehicles through Facebook Marketplace, social media channels, online platforms, referrals, service drive opportunities, and customer outreach. If you're competitive, self-motivated, and love talking with people, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Source and acquire quality used vehicles directly from consumers.
• Prospect daily through Facebook Marketplace, social media platforms, online classifieds, and other lead sources.
• Contact potential sellers through calls, text messages, emails, and social media.
• Schedule and conduct vehicle appraisals.
• Utilize dealership appraisal and market valuation tools.
• Build relationships with service customers, previous customers, and local community members to identify buying opportunities.
• Track follow-up activities and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
• Partner with the sales and management team to meet inventory acquisition goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance throughout the buying process.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace, social media, and online lead-generation tools.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset.
• Sales, customer service, automotive, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation
