Vehicle AUDIT Engineer

About the role

Manage the AUDIT vehicle team to evaluate factory standards and customer experience, driving internal factory quality performance improvement and tracking improvement against KPI every month.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage the AUDIT vehicle team and evaluate follow factory standard and customer experience
• Lead improvement of internal quality performance and tracking improvement
• Coordinate with relative departments to focus on cause and preventive measures to address concerns before vehicle delivery
• Manage factory target, new project target and department target following KPI monthly and weekly
• Report to management on target performance
• Review and control AUDIT procedure and work instruction
• Confirm JPH and adjust follow factory situation including VI procedure aligned with relative departments
• Manage pre-sale issue, receive and feedback or take countermeasure to dealer by priority significance of problem
• Expand countermeasure and preventive method to internal factory

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in automotive industry, and relative for inspection of complete vehicle.

• Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO9001)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in coordination and customer communication.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Can communication in English and Thai
