• With the aim to guarantee the quality and reliability expected by Customers:
• Integrate and calibrate the control systems by applying the standard methodologies, procedures and tools defined.
• Certificate the results and the activities performed through documental reports
• Collect data, post processing and verification by applying the standard methodologies, procedures and tools defined.
• Contribute to the update of the calibration process workflow and be compliant with the defined standards.
• Guarantee calibration robustness through the statistical analysis of the strategies performance.
• Participate actively in the functional validation according to the project development plan.
• Contribute to the development and sharing of the calibration methodologies, procedures and tools at worldwide level.
• Contribute to the activities of the Functional Teams in order to obtain robust architectural/functional solutions for the control systems.
• Participate in the road tests with customers.
• With the aim to guarantee the profit required by the Company:
• Ensure the development of testing activities using the proper tools (included tests on vehicle).
• Participate in the identification and development of test automation procedures and tools.
• Contribute to the development of model based calibration tools.
• With the aim to guarantee the time to market required by Customers:
• Ensure the support to the Application Product Engineers in the definition and implementation of the experimental plans for the calibration of the engine, vehicle and diagnosis parameters.
• Integrate and deliver the datasets.
• Support the development of system components. Qualifications:
• Bachelor or above preferred in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering or engine electrical control;
• Minimum 3-year relevant working experience preferred in a Foreign Invested Company;
• Familiar with the application knowledge;
• Be familiar with the application knowledge and test equipment operation and calibration tools( INCA, MDA)
• Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
• Good level of English in both spoken and written;
• Driving license is a must, hardworking and can work under extreme environment.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
