Job Summary

MPL Group is looking for a hardworking and responsible Vehicle Dismantler to join its RVSF plant at Medchal. The candidate will be responsible for dismantling end-of-life vehicles, removing vehicle components, segregating reusable parts and scrap materials, and following all safety procedures during dismantling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Dismantle end-of-life vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Remove vehicle components such as engines, gearboxes, batteries, tyres, seats, and other parts.
• Identify and segregate reusable components, recyclable materials, and scrap.
• Assist in vehicle depollution, including the safe removal of fuel, oils, coolants, and batteries, following established procedures.
• Handle dismantling tools and workshop equipment safely.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and segregation of dismantled components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dismantling area.
• Follow plant safety guidelines and instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Support daily dismantling targets and operational activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ITI in Automobile, Mechanical, or a related trade is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in vehicle dismantling, automobile workshops, vehicle servicing, or garage operations.
• Basic knowledge of automobile components and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to work at the plant.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual CTC: 2.7 LPA
