• Responsible for vehicle platform management and technical support for Smart Cockpit development and validation activities.
• Manage HW/SW lifecycle of test benches, vehicles, ECUs and cockpit domain test setups.
• Perform ECU flashing, software deployment and vehicle flashing, including flash preparation, execution and verification activities.
• Conduct vehicle check-in/check-out procedures after flashing and software upgrades.
• Execute troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical/electronic architecture issues and cockpit system failures.
• Support system integration, software deployment, and feature validation activities on test vehicles and benches.
• Coordinate with development, testing, suppliers and vehicle integration teams to resolve technical issues.
• Collect, analyze and communicate platform-related technical information to stakeholders.
• Maintain vehicle platform documentation, release notes, configuration management records and technical reports.
• Support onboarding and technical training of team members regarding vehicle platform architecture and flashing procedures.
• Monitor platform quality and software maturity during development and validation phases.
• Act as cockpit domain technical expert regarding infotainment, connectivity, navigation, speech and digital user experience functions.
• Drive issue escalation and resolution across multiple stakeholders and development partners.
• Support validation strategy definition and test readiness reviews for vehicle releases. 职位要求：
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• English can be used as working language.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive OEM, Tier-1 supplier or vehicle development projects.
• Experience with vehicle flashing, ECU programming and software deployment processes.
• Familiar with vehicle E/E architecture and Smart Cockpit systems.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting activities.
• Strong understanding of software integration and vehicle validation processes.
• Familiar with configuration management and release management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Possess valid Chinese driving license (C1 or above).
