Vehicle Operations Executive

About The Team and Position

As part of CARSOME's operations team, the Business Support Executive (BSE) role is responsible for delivering a seamless customer and transaction experience while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and service quality across the vehicle ownership journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Support end-to-end branch operations by coordinating customer, transaction,

administrative, and vehicle-related activities.

● Facilitate customer appointments, transaction processing, and operational activities

to ensure a seamless customer experience.

● Manage and maintain operational records, documentation, and system updates to

support accurate and timely transaction completion.

● Coordinate with customers, dealers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders

to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.

● Support the administration and execution of ownership transfer, payment, financing,

and other transaction-related activities in accordance with company requirements.

● Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure service level

commitments and operational targets are achieved.

● Support vehicle receiving, inventory management, movement, storage, and handover

activities to maintain operational efficiency and vehicle readiness.

● Perform vehicle condition verification and operational checks to ensure compliance

with company standards and processes.

● Assist in resolving operational, customer, and transaction-related issues by

coordinating with relevant stakeholders and providing timely updates.

● Ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and

company policies across all branch activities.

● Contribute to branch performance by supporting daily operational execution, process

improvements, and service quality initiatives.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver a

consistent customer experience.

What You’ll Need
● Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

● Experience in customer service, operations, administration, automotive or related industries.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple cases and meet service level targets.

● Good attention to detail and compliance awareness.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
