Vehicle Operator – Data Collection

Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Pay: $28/hour | Full-Time
Commitment: 1+ year

SCHEDULE / SHIFTS

AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Candidates must be flexible and able to commit to their assigned shift.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of licensed driving history — REQUIRED
• 1+ year of professional driving experience — REQUIRED
• Clean DMV/MVR record — REQUIRED
• Successful background check — REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving 4–8 hours per day
• Willing to work in Sunnyvale and transition to San Francisco when operations move
• 1+ year commitment required

POSITION

We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious professional drivers to operate test vehicles and support autonomous vehicle data collection. Responsibilities include driving predefined routes, collecting and documenting data, performing vehicle inspections, following safety procedures, and communicating observations to engineering and operations teams.

Rideshare/delivery experience (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, etc.) is highly preferred.

After applying, candidates must complete a questionnaire and provide a copy of their driver’s license showing 3+ years of licensure. If the current license does not show the full 3 years, a prior driver’s license must also be submitted to verify the required driving history.
