Global mission :

The Vehicle System Synthesis is accountable at full vehicle level (Top hat, PTF, Module, SW & PWT integration) of functional, physical, digital developments and validations

Project Activities :

• Responsible for reporting to CCLP on vehicle level performance & cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Represents the ONE VOICE for Vehicle Engineering: responsible for leading arbitration within VE, consolidating information to external partners; responsible for transversal topics that affects performance
• Responsible for the technical execution of the vehicle system, aiming to achieve program targets while managing the optimal trade-off between performance, quality, cost, and timing.
• Responsible for full vehicle technical release / sign-off and for complete validation plan

Core Activities :

• Responsible for the lesson learned
• projectParticipation on the Continuous Improvement Plan of the entity : recurring poblems and opportunities

Required Profile :

• Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in automotive
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partnersHigh level of rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Strong decision-making and negotiationcapabilities
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solvingorientation
