VEHICLE TECHNICIAN WANTED – JOIN THE T&M TEAM!

T&M Vehicles Ltd – Clacton-on-Sea, Essex

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our growing workshop team.

Our workshop is getting busier, our fleet is continuing to grow, and we're looking for another good technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that's constantly moving forward.

THE ROLE

We aren't a workshop that just does oil changes and brake pads.

We carry out a wide variety of work, from general servicing and repairs to diagnostics, major mechanical repairs and maintaining our own growing recovery fleet.

We work on a mixture of cars, vans and fleet vehicles, so being confident working on light commercial vehicles and vans is a must.

No two days are quite the same!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician
• Level 4 qualification would be ideal
• Confident working on cars and vans
• Good mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly
• Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
• Willing to learn, develop and adapt as the company grows

Full training and development will be provided, so you don't need to know everything. What matters is having the right foundations, a willingness to learn and a good attitude.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 – 17:30
• Optional Saturdays if you want additional work
• Monthly pay
• Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
