Location: Worthing
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday 8:30 to 12:30 Saturday (on a rota basis)
Salary: dependent on skills and experience

The role

Caffyns Volvo Worthing is looking for a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join the team. You’ll service, diagnose and repair Volvo vehicles, using the latest diagnostic technology while taking pride in delivering safe, high-quality work for every customer.

What you’ll be doing

• Service, maintain and repair Volvo vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out MOT testing.
• Complete repairs and replace defective parts.
• Road test vehicles following repairs.
• Work safely and to Volvo and retailer standards.
• Complete job documentation accurately.

About you

• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent.
• Qualified MOT Tester.
• Previous automotive workshop experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
