This role involves both public road and proving ground testing. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing test plans, managing test execution, and working closely with test drivers to proactively identify and report hardware/software issues to the project team. • Test Planning
• Develop comprehensive test proposals for vehicle reliability, durability, and environmental test, covering public roads, proving grounds or both, based on the overall vehicle development milestone and real customer application scenarios (e.g., long-haul routes, regional short-haul operations, typical climatic conditions, geographic characteristics, etc.).

• Test Execution & Management
• Lead or collaborate with test drivers to execute public road testing and proving ground accelerated durability testing, while continuously tracking vehicle status and fault issues.
• Work closely with test drivers to clarify test requirements and issue reporting procedures, ensuring efficient and traceable test processes.
• 测试执行与管理
• 带队或协同测试司机完成公共道路路试及试验场强化耐久测试，跟踪车辆状态与故障问题情况。
• 与测试司机合作，明确测试要求及问题提报流程，确保测试高效、可追溯。
• Issue Identification & Preliminary Analysis
• Proactively identify deviations encountered during testing, including but not limited to hardware and software problems (e.g., powertrain, chassis, ECUs, ADAS, battery/e-drive/motor systems, etc.).
• Familiar with common diagnostic tools (e.g., CANalyzer，M-log, INCA etc.) to read fault log data and perform initial root cause analysis and issue prioritization.
• Cross-functional collaboration work to track the status of deviation solution and participate in re-validation as needed, following through until closure.

Education and/or Experience

教育和经历

• At least 2 years’ experience in asset management, inventory control, or logistics coordination, preferably in an automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
• Proven experience in handling warehouse management and vehicle-related administration (license, insurance) is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience whole vehicle road testing within the automotive industry (heavy-duty truck experience preferred), including at least 1 year of independently leading reliability/durability test programs
• Experience in new energy vehicle (BEV) or electric drive system testing is a plus.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、电气工程等相关专业。
• 3年以上汽车行业（重卡优先）整车道路测试经验，其中至少1年独立负责可靠性/耐久测试项目。
• 有新能源（纯电）整车或者三电系统测试经验优先。
• 有项目管理经验优先。

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities 知识、技巧和能力

• Fluent English skill, written and oral.
• Driving license for passenger car is a must, B2 or above license is plus. Good driving skill, willing to evaluate vehicles by driving them. Proficiency in Python/Matlab for test data post-processing or automated analysis is a plus.
• Fault Analysis: Investigate and analyse complex technical faults occurring in test vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and data (CANalyzer, M-logs, INCA etc.). Proficiency in Python/Matlab for test data post-processing or automated analysis is a plus.
• Standards & Regulations: Knowledge of GB, GB/T standards and industry reliability and durability test standards.
• Planning & Coordination: Ability to independently develop test plans, work instructions etc.
• Communication & Driving Results: Skilled in project management mindset and presentation reporting, effective communication with test drivers, design engineers, and project managers.
• 英语流利，具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力。
• 持有乘用车驾驶证，持有B2或以上驾驶证者优先。具备良好的驾驶技能，愿意通过实际驾驶来评估车辆。
• 故障分析：使用诊断工具（CANalyzer、M-log、INCA 等）对测试车辆出现的复杂技术故障进行调查和分析。 掌握Python/Matlab 进行测试数据后处理或自动化分析优先。
• 标准与法规：了解GB/T、企业耐久/环境试验标准。
• 策划与统筹：能独立编制测试大纲、作业指导书等。
• 沟通与推动：有项目管理思维和经验，善于项目汇报，善于与测试司机、设计工程师、项目经理高效沟通。
