Vehicle Test Engineer for Range & Efficiency

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description： -To provide the testing procedures for the different range and efficiency validation activities, including EPA, WLTP and NEDC.

• To lead the performance of range and efficiency test activities for EVs, as per testing plan of the different programs or internal requirements. -To lead the vehicle preparation and instrumentation required to perform the range and efficiency tests according to test standards and to deliver in form and quality the expected outcomes of the test -To lead the Coast down activities for the range tests -To analyze the data out of the tests and to elaborate the respective reports containing
• To align with FRS lead engineer, EE integration, Attribute Managers and other related team for the required SW and HW configuration for the test. -EE Quality Validation plan / track and management, EE Quality Assessment / FRS Shipability Assessment, EE System/Specbooks review & audit, Process Review & Governance, EE Issue & Risk management & Reporting. -Strong organizational skills. The ability to identify a team’s strengths and weaknesses. -You can give feedback in a constructive way in work -Having experience in Budget/contract scope management -Maintain and enhance tracking and reporting of system EE Quality management. Up-to-date & review of EE system architecture/design. -To ensure that the SW and HW configuration is in the vehicles to be tested -Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications：

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical / mechatronics) or similar technical discipline, preferably in Automotive
• Having +5 years of experience in automotive testing, with +3 years of EV / Hybrid testing background
• Experience in Range and efficiency testing in Electric Vehicles
• Solid knowledge of testing procedures and vehicle instrumentation
• Experience with Data analysis out of vehicle instrumentation
• Experience with Range optimization strategies
• Systematic, reliable and responsible. Strong problem-solvers
• Showing eagerness to take on more significant responsibilities
• Always ensure progress in work, adapt to changes and manage its risks
• Having strengths in teamwork, connecting the team to develop strengths and overcome weaknesses
• Apply risk management and lessons learned from previous projects
• Showing positive attitude to take business trip of testing
• Project management related certifications (PMP, PMI, ..)
• Having extensive knowledge & hands-on experience about EE in automobile / motorbike industry, means of transportation
• Excellent analytical / logical and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processes
• Analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communicative to multiple stakeholders without any fail
