Responsible for Vehicle validation related work. 负责整车验证相关工作 二，岗位职责描述 1，Responsible for developing and submitting the master test plan for development projects. 负责开发项目试验主计划编制，提报 2，Responsible for the submission and management of the project's validaiton budget and budget optimization 负责项目试验总预算提报及过程管理 3，Summarize the requirements for project development prototype vehicles, assist in organizing the review of prototype vehicle usage, and compile the prototype vehicle usage plan and maintain it dynamically. 牵头梳理、汇总项目开发样车需求，协助组织样车使用评审，编制样车使用计划及动态维护； 4，Developed and managed DVP; coordinated test execution and resources; tracked progress; managed issues and risks; synthesized and communicated test data. 负责DVP编制，下发试验任务，推进试验工作开展，试验资源协调、过程跟踪、问题管理、风险识别、信息汇总及传递； 5，Test lab resources contract and payment management 试验室资源合同付款管理 三，岗位技能要求 1，本科及以上学历，车辆工程相关专业 2，At least 3 years experience with automotive validation management 有3年以上整车验证管理工作经验者 3， Experience in vehicle performance validation during development. With driving licence C1 or above 有参与过整车性能开发验证经历。且持有C1及以上驾照 4， Good knowledge of Chinese EV market benchmarking 熟悉国内电动车市场，有对标经验。
