Vending Employee

Reliable Transportation: You must be from the Bloomington/Normal area and have dependable transportation to and from work.

Background Check: A criminal background check is required prior to hire with the IDOC . Applicants who can not pass this background check will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities: Drive to multiple vending sites, including:

I-55 North and Southbound rest areas in Pontiac, IL..

1 location in Dwight, IL.

Pontiac Correctional Center (once per week, with a security escort.)

Inventory machines, stock items,

check expiration dates, and clean the machines and sweep store rooms, help with inventories and orders.

Drive back to Bloomington to make bank deposits ,get gas, and any other stops on the way home..

Requirements:

Ability to lift at least 50-75 pounds.

Good with public interaction and customer service.

Strong memory and the ability to learn quickly.

Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management.

Vending or food service experience . Some form of management in food service.

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday, Wednesday,Friday and occasionally other days.

Holidays: Time and a halfpay for any holidays worked.

Bonuses: Based on performance.

Professionalism Required:

Must follow a dress code and maintain a well groomed appearance.

Pay & Position Details:

Job Type: Full - Time

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour.

Expected Hours: 6 a.m. - about 4 p.m. but can vary!
