Vending Machine Refiller

About the role

We are seeking a Vending Machine Refiller to join our retail operations team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring our vending machines are consistently stocked, maintained, and operating at peak efficiency. As a Vending Machine Refiller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our vending network, ensuring customers have access to our products at all times. This role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and driving revenue across our vending machine locations throughout the Metro Manila area.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly visit assigned vending machine locations to restock products, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and organised according to company standards

• Conduct routine inspections of vending machines to identify mechanical issues, malfunctions, or damage and report them immediately

• Clean and maintain vending machines, including external surfaces and internal components, to ensure a professional appearance and hygienic standards

• Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired or damaged items to maintain product quality

• Manage inventory levels, tracking stock movements and reporting low stock items to management

• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints regarding vending machine products or services

• Document all maintenance activities, restocking records, and any issues encountered during rounds using company tracking systems

• Transport products and equipment safely between storage locations and vending machine sites

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies whilst performing duties

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant retail or merchandising experience is advantageous
• Proven experience working as a vending machine refiller, merchandiser, or in a similar retail stocking role
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vending machine locations efficiently
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items regularly, as the role involves transporting products and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling cash and maintaining inventory records
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work part-time hours as scheduled
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory reconciliation
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining company standards
• Valid driver's license and own transportation are highly desirable
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices is a plus
