Vending Machine Technical Specialist

Role Overview

We are an evolving company in the vending and automated retail space. We are looking

for a dedicated and highly skilled Vending Machine Technical Specialist to join our

team. This is not just a maintenance role; as we move toward designing and building

our own custom vending solutions, you will be our go-to expert for technical setup,

troubleshooting, and innovation. The ideal candidate is someone who treats the machines like their own, enjoys the

"puzzle" of troubleshooting, and is eager to grow into a leadership role as our

technology evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Deployment: Lead the full assembly, configuration, and testing of new vending units.
• Field Operations: Travel to client sites (including areas outside Metro Manila) for professional machine deployment and installation.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues (coin mechs, bill validators, logic boards, and cooling systems).
• Team Training: Act as the internal expert by training our staff on basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and machine features.
• Innovation & Development: Collaborate with the leadership team on the design and testing of our own in-house vending machine prototypes.
• Preventive Maintenance: Create and follow a rigorous maintenance schedule to ensure 100% uptime for all deployed machines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Background : Basic knowledge in Electronics and Mechatronics *** BONUS POINTS : Degree or Vocational Certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining any kinds of machines.

Skill Set:.

• Basic in electrical wiring and mechanical assembly. ********BONUS POINTS : Ability to read technical manuals and circuit diagrams.
• Adaptability: A "hunger" for learning. You should be excited about exploring. new technologies and unconventional vending solutions.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms for employee training and to customers.
• Reliability: A long-term mindset. We are looking for a partner to grow with the company.
• License: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for provincial deployments.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
