Vendor & IT Asset Consultant

About the role

The Vendor & IT Asset Consultant is responsible for the strategic management of IT vendors, contracts, software licenses, hardware assets, and technology lifecycle processes. This role ensures that IT assets are effectively tracked, governed, and optimized while maintaining strong vendor relationships, contract compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The position serves as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders, procurement teams, finance, legal, and external technology suppliers to ensure the organization's technology investments deliver maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, suppliers, and strategic technology partners
• Oversee vendor performance through service reviews, scorecards, and KPI/SLA monitoring
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessments
• Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial reviews to achieve favorable pricing and terms
• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfers, and disposal
• Maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software, cloud subscriptions, and technology licenses
• Manage software licensing agreements and subscription renewals
• Monitor vendor spending and technology asset budgets
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance standards
• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for vendor performance and asset utilization

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, Technology Operations, or related disciplines
• Experience managing technology contracts, software licensing, and supplier relationships
• Experience working with enterprise IT environments and asset management tools
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and vendor governance programs
• Fluent in Filipino and English languages
