Vendor and IT Asset Consultant (Contract)

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, suppliers, and strategic technology partners.

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfers, and disposal.

Software Asset & License Management

• Manage software licensing agreements and subscription renewals.

Financial & Cost Management

• Monitor vendor spending and technology asset budgets.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance standards.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics for vendor performance and asset utilization.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, Technology Operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing technology contracts, software licensing, and supplier relationships.
• Experience working with enterprise IT environments and asset management tools.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and vendor governance programs.
